The "L" shaped wooden forms in your images were built as a scale-accurate concrete footing set. In the world of the commercial, these shapes represent the "foundation" of a smarter business. Jona Tochet’s team used raw plywood and heavy-duty bracing to ensure that even when the "rain" (which was thousands of gallons of water from overhead rigs) hit the set, the geometry stayed perfectly sharp for the camera.
